Looking for a custom cake for your small party? Our single tiered custom cakes are made with three layers of your choice of cake flavors, fillings, and frosting. Perfectly sized for intimate gatherings, our cakes are the perfect centerpiece for any celebration. Please review MENU page for all cake and frosting flavors. Please complete this form to request a quote for a custom order with Heavily Caked. A member of our team will contact you as soon as possible to confirm your order details and payment. No order is confirmed until it has been approved by our team. While completing this form out the form, please note that we do not make exact replicas of other custom cakes. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive a response on all request. We kindly ask that you do not send duplicate order request as it may delay our ability to respond sooner. Once order has been accepted, please note that a $25 nonrefundable deposit is required before order can be confirmed. This deposit will go toward the final cost of your order. Cancellation Policy
Deposits: We require a $25 initial non-refundable deposit to secure the order. Final payment: Final payment is due 7 days before the order due date. We reserve the right to cancel the order if payment is late. Rush orders: Requests made 7 days before the due date may be subject to rush order fees. Changes: We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes that are made 7 days before the order’s due date. Please note - extra charges may apply to last-minute changes. Cancellations: Cancelled orders will be refunded minus the deposit. If a cancellation is requested after work has started, there will be no refunds. Non-edibles: Our cakes will occasionally include non-edible items on or in the cake. We’ll let you know which pieces cannot be eaten. It is your responsibility to ensure they are removed before serving. Cake design: We cannot duplicate an exact copy of another cake artist’s work but will ensure the look is similar.
